Milestones
In 2005, Yihe E&M Co., Ltd. (YH E&M) founded the KMD® motorcycle parts brand, specializing in the development and production of motorcycle functional parts for the emission system.
After more than a decade of sustainable development, the KMD® secondary air injection valve has fully covered HAOJUE®, SUZUKI®, JYM® and HONDA® motorcycle series. The cumulative sales of the KMD® secondary air injection valve has exceeded over 30M units.
In 2016, the supply of our products accounted for nearly 80% of the total annual output of HAOJUE® and SUZUKI®.
Technological Innovation
Responding to the increasing demand of global emission standard, we made an effort to develop motorcycle functional parts for EFI system along with two of our long-term collaborative partners - HAOJUE® and SUZUKI®.
Beside the successful launch of our high-tech oriented new products, including throttle body assembly, canister purge valve and air cut-off valve, we had received both invention patent and utility model patents during the process of technological exploration.
Industrial Upgrading
In 2016, we successfully acquired the motorcycle parts business of a well-known enterprise within the industry - Jiangmen Jinpeng Locomotive Parts Co., Ltd., adding a series of functional parts (speedometer, fuel tap, air inlet pipe ) into KMD® product line.
In the same year, we had invested in Zhuhai Eternal Electronic Control Technology Co., Ltd., and gained technological access to the EFI system (IV standard).
Management Optimization
We strictly follows ISO criterion and TQCD standards to ensure our product quality.
In the meantime, we invited a professional team from Zhejiang Rui Ling Enterprise Management Co., Ltd., to facilitate the implementation of TPS lean production management model within the firm, with an ultimate goal to enhance our competiveness.
